It's definitely been a while. I've struggled with writing since summer 2015 and I've been consciously avoiding writing since I first realised that I was subconsciously avoiding it - as much as one can while submitting papers and finishing up a 30,000 word thesis.
I thought I would post something about food but that would have actually involved writing, and by writing I mean putting my thoughts down, my own ideas. That post is still inside my head, along with much of the last fifteen months. So instead, because tea makes everything better, instructions on how to make the perfect cup of Barry's Tea.
